When you respond to an ad, you're competing with potentially 100's of applicants.
To increase your odds of landing that job, first, don't wait for the ad to appear to apply, apply to employers in the sector you want to work in beforehand.
if the need is there, the employer will look at his/her resume folder first, it's a faster and cheaper alternative to placing ads for new hires.

ReplyDeleteI completely agree with you and obviously it’s a faster and much cheaper way as compare to others. I myself also used to look for a job via internet and most commonly I visit Jobs In Gulf and Jobs In South Africa.
